Fath Union Sports (FUS) Rabat Football Club of Morocco have openly expressed interest in two of Sports Club Villa midfielders.
The players are central midfielder Abel Eturude and the left footed winger, Martin Kizza.
According to FUS Rabat technical officials, the two Villa players were exceptional in the club's 1-0 home victory at the Nelson Mandela National stadium, Namboole during the return leg for the CAF Confederations Cup second round encounter.
Although SC Villa eventually bowed out 7-1 on aggregate, Kizza and Eturude who had a lively evening at office impressed the opponents' technical wing.
SC Villa CEO and PRO, Ivan Kakembo when asked about the two players' status in relation with the FUS Rabat call does not mince words;
Its true they (FUS Rabat) expressed interest for some of our players but they were specific of a certain age (below 23 years).
Ekibaliya Sports has since established that only one player (Kizza) meets the required age bracket.
Talks between the two clubs are yet to take effect.
